08/2025:🧬 The AI4Bread team has published a new paper titled “Dual Balanced Augmented Topological Non-coding RNA Disease Triplet Association in Heterogeneous Graphs”. The proposed DBATNDA model introduces a novel dual-balanced augmentation strategy to enhance graph structure representation, significantly improving the accuracy and generalization of ncRNA–disease and ncRNA–ncRNA–disease triplet association predictions.

05/2025:🌟 The AI4Bread team has released a new preprint on bioRxiv titled “Separable Spatial Single-cell Transcriptome Representation Learning”. The proposed S3RL framework enhances spatial resolution and biological signal recovery in spatial transcriptomics, showing strong performance across tumor, embryo, and plant samples. It also reveals hidden spatial patterns such as ligand-receptor signals and gene expression gradients.
